What is the price of shopping chart?
The price is the referenced EXW factory price,which should be confirmed by us finally,after getting your enquiry detailed, also we can offer your wanted price such as FOB/CIF/door to door,etc.
What is the MOQ for wholesale of your products?can we mix styles?
If stock available,usually MOQ is 60pcs for mixture colors&sizes per style, style mixture available,total order quantity not less than 120pcs
If i order your wholesale items, can i use my private label customization?what is the MOQ?
Yes, we can offer our wholesale style based private label custom order as following
Private label -woven sewn label or printed label-Compostion lable/washing Label/care label
Custom hang tags-paper card or plastic card
Exclusive packaging – non-woven bags, frosted polybags, or gift boxes with personalized prints.

What is the production lead time for bulk orders? Which shipping methods do you support?

our wholesale styles based private label custom:20-30 days
OEM&ODM:25-45 days
Shipping options:
sea freight (FCL/LCL), air freight, raiway,express couriers (DHL/FEDEX/UPS,etc).or other negotiated ship way,We’ll advise the best solution based on cost & speed
What are the acceptable payment terms
Our style based wholesale:10% deposit by t/t to fix the bulk goods
Our style based private label custom:20% deposit by t/t to fix the bulk goods&custom
OEM&ODM:30% deposit by t/t to arrange the production
Banlance payment:before delivery/the copy of B/L
Payment: t/t or sight L/C
What is your return/after-sales policy for quality issues?
We have strict quality control. For manufacturing defects if have(though it seldom happens), please provide photos/videos within 7 days after receiving. We offer free replacement for defective items or money pay back.and we will work with you closely to solve this problem,please do not worry about it.also keep noted that the products are non-returnable for non-quality reasons.
Can I get sample before bulk order? What about costs and lead time?
Absolutely. Samples are highly recommended before mass production.
Existing stock samples: free, just pay shipping.
Custom development sample: sample fee $50–150 depending on complexity, refundable upon order confirmation.
Lead time: ready samples 3-5 days; custom samples 10-15 business days.
